BMW Car Clubs Indonesia Classic Register Holds “Meet Up and Charity” with Strong Regional Support

The BMW Car Clubs Indonesia (BMWCCI) Classic Register, representing BMW models from the 1930s to the 1990s, successfully held its “Meet Up and Charity Classic Register” event, which also served as the BMWCCI Regional 2 Morning Call.

Hosted at Bestindo Car Utama, the event followed strict health protocols and was attended by Mr. Bambang Soesatyo, Chairman of the MPR and the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI). The day began with a convoy from Senayan to Bintaro, featuring over 40 classic BMWs, including rare models such as the 1937 BMW 327 Roadster and 1938 BMW 328 Roadster from collector Hartawan ‘Hauwke’ Setjodiningrat.

Classic Register Chairman Mr. Nanan Soekarna highlighted the event’s spirit of togetherness and charity, which included donations and driving experiences for orphans. Vice Chairman Mr. Dony Handoko noted that the event represented BMWCCI Regional 2’s unity across 10 chapters and registers.

IMI Chairman Mr. Bambang Soesatyo praised the event for promoting unity and responsible automotive enthusiasm. The gathering strengthened solidarity among BMW enthusiasts while blending passion for classic cars with meaningful social contribution.
