BMW Car Clubs Indonesia (BMWCCI) successfully held its 12th National Congress (Munas XII), following the mandate of the January 2023 Working Meeting. The event served as a vital forum for Chapter and Register leaders to align BMWCCI’s vision, mission, identity, and goals while reviewing the 2023 organizational reports. The Congress was attended by 29 Chapters and 2 Registers (E30 Register & Classic Register).

BMWCCI President Dadan Drajat Martamihardja emphasized the importance of Munas as a platform for idea exchange, evaluation, and future planning, including selecting the hosts for Munas and IBF 2024. He also welcomed broader participation from BMW owners and communities across Indonesia.

A major agenda item was the Presidential Election for the 2023–2025 term. With only one registered candidate, Heru Kusuma Wijaya (Jakarta Chapter), and no consensus reached, the decision was delegated to the Presidential Election Committee (KPUP) and the Advisory Board/Founder. Through internal deliberation, they appointed Dadan Drajat Martamihardja as Acting President (PLT) for one year, from November 10, 2023, to November 10, 2024, as per Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Election Regulation.

BMW Tunas CEO William Chai attended, highlighting BMW’s support under the theme “JOY IS ELECTRIC” with the BMW iX showcase. The event also received strong backing from BMW Indonesia, Tunas BMW, Shell Indonesia, and other national partners, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing the BMW community in Indonesia.
